Diskette Duplication

Failsafe Media offers 3.5” and 5.25” diskette duplication. We use state-of-the-art replication systems from Rimage, Trace, and Media Form and support all popular formats such as IBM, Macintosh and Unix. We have a capacity to duplicate over 250,000 disks per day, and will offer our customers fast and efficient turnaround times.

The original master diskette(s) that our customer sends us is referred to as a “gold copy”. This gold copy receives a thorough virus check on our updated virus protection equipment before four copies called “silver copies” are then produced. The customer receives two of these copies for approval. Upon approval we begin the duplication process. Our virus detection equipment is continually updated so we are able to assure our customers that their product will not leave our plant infected with a virus.

Every step of our duplication process is verified, and documented in compliance to ANSI/ASQC specifications. A minimum of 10% of every job, no matter how big or small, is checked bit-to-bit against the Silver copies by our Quality Control department. Failsafe also offers Failsafe Plus, our most comprehensive quality control package, designed for the duplication of mission critical data.

Every shift in our Diskette Duplication Department has an experienced technician on hand who is constantly checking and testing our equipment. This ensures that a top quality product is what our customers will receive every time.
